Overview
 The VSP 1314 is a 3layer seamless switcher and scaler that can handle various video signals, including RGB computer video, HDTV, supporting 4 composite (CVBS) inputs, 2 VGA inputs, 2 DVI inputs (compatible with HDMI1.3), 2 USB inputs, and 2 DVI (background window) inputs. It combines true seamless switching with advanced scaling technology to meet the requirements of high-quality and high-resolution video presentations. 
 
It supports multiple switching transition effects such as full screen, dissolve with optional duration, wipe, and cut only for program output. The VSP1314 integrates multiple operation modes, user configurations, pixel-to-pixel scaling, memory savings, and remote control, designed to provide advanced features for high-end presentation environments. 
 
The VSP 1314 uses two editable input structures: one with CV1, CV2, VGA1, DVI1, and USB1 inputs; the other with CV3, CV4, VGA2, DVI2, and USB2 inputs. With the ability to process each input and monitor images as well as output previews, users can preview each input. 
 
The VSP1314 provides three outputs. Each output can be individually set as program output or preview output and connected to backend display systems, including projectors, LED displays, and conference systems. The VSP 1314 can be controlled via local panel as well as remote RS232, USB, and Ethernet control. Local panels match different types of lighting environments. 
 
Additionally, software based on RGBlink VSP1314 Window can be used to manage presentations.
